We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

We asked Chris to renovate our terraced house in Tenby. We live in Cardiff and discussed with him our requirements and throughout the whole renovation he carried out the work superbly and we were always surprised by the standard of excellent work that he did in the property. All of our friends and family and those that rent the house now are so impressed (as we are) with the standard of work which he undertook that they ask if he does work in Cardiff also! I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN
