I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
