I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.

An absolute pleasure to have rob and his partner to do this job. The communication was great & the workmanship faultless - he’s a nice guy into the bargain and I would thoroughly recommend him and would use him again for any building work I have - he even helped out with advice on decorating I was doing in the bathroom. The main good point was he diagnosed the reason behind the job and got to the problem causing the job which he fixed in half a day - many builders today would just fix the symptoms.
