In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
