George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Driveway completed. Recently had flooding in the house and were told by the Insurance Company and a couple of independent Builders that the Driveway was fitted above the DPC Course and should have been installed below the DPC course. Contacted Ned who advised that we should get a new Driveway even though the mistake is his. After chatting with Ned further he said he would come and have a look and come to an amicable agreement. Unfortunately till today Ned has not shown up. I have messaged him a few times.
