I chose SJS as Scott was very professional in his approach and was really thorough in making sure the job was done well, without mess, to time and budget. I have used other plasterers before but wouldn't recommend them but with Scott I would definitely use him again for future work and recommend him to friends and family.

My partner is a tradesman and we are always really careful about who we use. We hired Billy to renovate our main bathroom (tiling and plastering) and he did an exceptional job. Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

Ylber did an outstanding job on our new lovely wooden gazebo with a roof. We were impressed with how professional and efficient he was, knowing exactly what needed to be done. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Matt & Dean of MDG Building are two of the very best builders you could have. They are a breathe of fresh air. Whilst I had noticed that Fred seemed to have more recommendations for gardening / landscaping of late - Fred didn't disappoint. Fred is an experienced brickie (see earlier comments), and whilst not a massive job (brickwork up to DPC on two seperate bases) - was impressed with his work. He is easy to get on with, turned up on time and will be someone I will be happy to recommend / work with again. Thanks Fred, appreciated.
