George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Hired them for chimney pointing and lead flashing repair. Arrived late after initial payment and did a substandard job, failing to meet my clearly defined requirements. Returned to fix it, but still not up to standard. I requested an invoice, which James promised to send upon final payment, but never received it despite multiple reminders. The work felt like a patchwork job rather than a professional repair. Poor communication and quality—would not hire again and can share pictures of their work if needed.

Chris and his crew were wonderful. The 2 men who did the bulk of the work were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves really well. The job was done to a high standard and started and finished on time. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response.
