The day before he messaged to say he would be with me between 09.30 and 10.30. On the chosen day, he messaged to say it would 10.30, and he was! Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
