George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Seemed to know what he was doing, but as the job was due to start, he didn't order materials for the job in time, ordered wrong materials, don't write anything down. Communication was poor and was all over place. Quality of workmanship turned out to be really poor in the finishing, many mistakes, had to point out and question his work. was very pushy and manipulate to be paid before completing, then tried adding monies to rectify his mistakes. Then left the job before completing. Never use this man.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
