Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!

Richard came to inspect the roof on the Friday and offered to do the work over the weekend, weather permitting, for £120 inclusive of materials and labour. As Sunday was the best day for dry weather, he came around mid-morning and worked on our roof for about three hours, replacing the damaged ridge tile, reseating (cementing) the other ridge tiles, replacing moisture barrier, checking all of our roof tiles and removing and replacing a disused heating vent. Prompt, pleasant, polite, professional! Excellent!

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Paul has been a fabulous help to both us and my mum’s house/ garden. He has listened to our requirements, offered sound advice and always highlighted cost effective options. He has undertaken cement work, fencing, power washing, garden maintenance at all levels plus many other jobs to secure ‘winterise’ our homes and gardens. Under no circumstances use these people. They have made an utter mess of our roof. They are utterly negligent. They will not return calls. They have taken a substantial amount of money and not undertaken the work. We are now asking the Police and Court to get involved.
