Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Had a toilet installed, and despite a couple of teething problems with a couple of the fixings, have to give 5 star for the quality of the service, the punctuality, communication and time management. The communication was great before, during and after the work was done. Then, this is the most important thing for me, when Marcel said he would be here on both occasions at a certain time, he was here at that time, I can't say how surprising that is from my experience of hiring trades folks. Scott and his team did a fantastic job with our loft conversion. He was approachable, honest and friendly throughout. But most of all an excellent carpenter who did a first rate job with our loft and also dealt with our many requests and amendments with patience and professionalism. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
