I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Technicians did not secure bait boxes (which I had to purchase through them at a inflated price) go to 1env.co. same place as theirs come from. Had bait stations blowing about the yard got broken, resulted in bait exposed to other animals. New service manager assured me he would smooth situation, nothing happened. Now cancelled contract. was with our last pest control company for 10+ years. Price was inline with others, would of stayed had they done what they said would do
