Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. This so-called plumber, who barely speaks English and uses his wife as a front, claimed he could do everything. I hired him to fix a leak, but he trapped air in the system, cutting off my upstairs cold water completely. He had no idea what he was doing and bailed without fixing the mess. I had to hire a real expert to sort it out. Avoid at all costs!

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
