Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Dan has completed both our ensuite and our bathroom to a very high standard and unlike other companies who quoted given us what we wanted not what they provide. Dan was very accomodating at getting the little extras and doing additional works when asked. The only issues were with a drawer front and the cistern lid which were both damaged on delivery and we are still waiting for them tobe replaced 12 weeks on. My only advice would be if there is anything like this keep a reasonable retention back (I paid in full on completion of the main works) otherwise Dan can be a little difficult to get hold of. We did have a leak (not really down to Dan original fitting was in bad condition) which he did responde to very well. It's just having been leaving voicemail on his mobile every two days for the last four weeks with no reply not sure his warrentee is going to be worth very much! All that aside I would still use Dan again as his work is very good and he is very personable.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
