Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. Max provided a quote for a job to remove a wall and rebuild it further along, the job ended up being more complicated than planned (we moved some lighting, needed to level floors and ceilings and moving radiators) but Max was clear about the additional charges and provided a fair price. Max's communication was excellent and the cleanest builder I have met. I wouldn't hesitate getting Max to do further work or to recommend him to others.
