Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. I am a fully qualified gas safe and Oftec engineer and specialise in boiler replacement and servicing Prior to this I spent 25 years in the building trade and still undertake extensions and small building projects . I find with being. A heating engineer as well it enables me to carry out all the work apart from the electrical Which speeds the job up

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.
