Gurpreet was very conscientious. He worked hard for several weeks while our property was being extended. The quality of his work was excellent and he delivered in line with the original quote. Materials were slightly more expensive than originally quoted but we did extend the breadth of the job and ask for several more coats so I think this added to the extra cost. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.
