Had an extension built - cost almost £32k - Company uses 100% subcontractors no employees which when we were looking they advised they only employ people and have 2 projects ongoing at a time which is not true - Overall quality of build is good (4*) but overall score a 2* due to some of the subcontractors work and attitude, mistakes during build by not following architects drawings, poor communication and project management, leaving house open to elements and me having to arrange building control visits.

Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Paul has transformed our Kitchen, and it now looks amazing, and is a pleasure to use. Everyone that sees our Kitchen comments how nice it is, and I love it! He also changed the flooring in the kitchen and hallway, and did an excellent job. Paul offered excellent communication, was always on time, and kept the house as clean as possible, which was very helpful considering we have three young children. Vitalie and Dainis did a fantastic job of removing an internal wall and building a new stud wall. They were clean and considerate throughout and we will definitely use them again for any future work required.
They estimated the job would take 3 days but they completed it in 2. They arrived promptly, worked hard and did a good job, I will definitely use them again.
We were very impressed with Carl's ability and professional attitude. His workmanship is exemplary and we would certainly recommend him; he will be my first point of contact for any future work. He undertook the work in the agreed time, despite having to wait for the kitchen to arrive.
