Gareth from GSD Carpentry was very professional from start to finish. He responded very quickly to my post on ratedpeople.com and then was very prompt in being able to come round to my flat and quote for the job. I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work. All my message’s were returned promptly and turned up when arranged . There work was spot on and they were lovely to have around , really helpful and respectful in the house . Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

Lewis and Scottie were great they arrived within the hour and get the job done and when I messaged and said there was a a slight issue they returned within the hour and sorted . I would definitely recommend their work . Friendly , reasonable and reliable .

We've all heard about those builders that start a job and then disappear leaving it half done, never to return. Well Tom is definitely NOT one of those. He and his very friendly team always worked hard, were flexible around our needs and even did some weekends to ensure the build finished as close to the agreed finish date as possible. No project is without its hiccups, but Tom and his crew were incredibly solution focussed. If you want someone that cares about their work, give Tom and A1 Builders a call.

I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive.
