I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

I felt that Tom of Revive came over as professional and the only company to break the quote down into labour and material cost. Not the lowest quote but I'm confident they will do a good job.
