I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. BEWARE!! Hired Nell to fit Magnet kitchen, electrical sockets, appliances, tiling and decorating. He started then said would have to complete in a week because of job after mine. Worked for just over a week, then did not turn up. I chased him, he said would return next week, then ignored me. I queried with Nell about Elec Cert and he said he would not come back! Left me with mess! Cut units wrong so cupboards all wrong depth! Elec wires hanging exposed from wall! Terrible joins and workmanship..DO NOT HIRE!

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.
