Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.

Then why is your new company Studio Construction Ltd being forced to close. Why have you not replied to my many requests to complete works. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Both Pam and Sunny were very helpful and friendly. They were true to there word to fix two minor issues after the fitting, So thank you.
