Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. After being conned I used this site for my job and Martin came round and with with a very competitive quote and no upfront payments i hired him and have had no regrets his enthusiasm, communication and visions for improving my original extension plans and an extra job in the house which he did working long days while me and my wife were away on holiday so we didn't have to put up with the building work was exceptional like the house was when we returned! Cannot praise him and his small team enough!
