The work done was not the result I was expecting. I asked Jerry to come back as I wasn't satisfied . He did come back once but has not replied to me since. I was promised that I would have a beautiful flat lawn. I ended up £900 later with an area almost as bad as when he started. Jerry is a lovely man but his work was not as advertised.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

Came out to measure up and give quote. Quote did not come, reminded them about quote and they said it had been sent. gave them alternative email but still no quote. Why not say they didn't want the job instead of me hanging on. One star is the lowest I can give or it would have been ZERO
