Dave responded to my request very promptly. Looked at the problem on the roof, took and sent me photos of the issues and quoted me there and then. Very reasonable price and job done the same day. Sent photo's of finished work too. Will use this company again.

I required some maintenance work on my roof membrane, and John & Cameron crew came to assess the situation. He identified that the battens needed replacing along with additional rotted areas. He completed the job promptly and at a reasonable cost. Thanks again—I'll definitely use your services in the future.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.

Hired Lance to render my garden wall and paid hundreds of pounds for the privilege. He made promises about the product being right for the job and guaranteeing it would last for years. However after 10 months all the render has blown and cracked and started to peel off. Safe to say Lance is completely ignoring me when I have asked for some form of aftercare. Should have spotted trouble when I never received an invoice for the work and wish I’d read the (non fake) 1 star reviews all over the internet first.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!

Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly
