The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. We specialise in raft slab foundations; reinforced bases for summerhouses, sheds and garages; concrete retaining walls; footing foundations and all associated groundworks. They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.

Avoid at all cost, nothing but problems with the bathroom since it was finished back in April. Our bath wasn’t sealed properly which caused a big leak. We tried 5 times to contact them to rectify the problem and nothing even though we knew he had seen the message in Whatsapp. Also the trim wasn’t neat and was told he would come back out to sort it out. We’ve recently discovered that our extraction fan wasn’t installed properly which has now lead to our ceiling being damp and covered in mould.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.
