Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

James and Tris were excellent. They communicated well and Always arrived when they said they would. There were quite a few unforeseen snags to the conversion along the way and they dealt with those quickly and effectively. James made sure all was satisfactory before we signed off the project. I am very happy with the finished result. It looks great, I now have a lovely new bathroom downstairs. it was a pleasure to get to know James and Tris, they were good to be around and very respectful at all times.

Avoid this company. Not sure of quality of work as not been able to get onto roof to check. When I asked questions via text as I wasn’t there he got quite aggressive and said he was offended that I would a question his work. Latest text was to say he would remove all the materials installed a dump waste back at house. Not vey helpful. All I am asking for is evidence things have been done. Could have said a lot more but it’s not worth it

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard.
