Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. Excellent, quick service provider. We had a ridge tile that became loose because of a storm. Home Maintenance came the next day after calling to discuss the job and repaired the tile and repointed ridge tiles. Also, they inspected the whole roof and noticed another broken tile, which they replaced too. Highly recommended, photos given for work and great communication. Thank you both.
