I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

We specialise in raft slab foundations; reinforced bases for summerhouses, sheds and garages; concrete retaining walls; footing foundations and all associated groundworks. They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.

Have had my own construction company since 1998. I have completed full house restorations. I do full kitchens, full bathrooms and all wood work. My family all worked in construction so I have been around building sites all my life.
Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.
"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
