I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Hello all, my name is Steve, and i am a time served electrician of over 40 years experience. My son Edward has trained as a plasterer. My partner Sara is a very accomplished designer and painter and decorator. I have worked for the electricity board for many years and have industrial and home electrical nstallation experience. Showers, electric heating, underfloor heating, extra sockets, rewires, lighting, fuse boards, etc My son has just undertaken a 6 week plastering course, and with myself being self trained and helping, I am also trying to build up his business profile We are highly trustworthy and give a very fair price, We do not like or want to rip people off. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of the quality of work expected from high-end clients. Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Adam responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and sent a quote soon afterwards. He arrived to start the work when he said he would and finished on time. Left everything neat and tidy and did all the jobs I asked him to - without supervision - as I was away. I would recommend.

Jason communicated well and his he and his assistants carried out a very good job taking the weather into account. Several neighbours have commented on how impressed they were with the work.Jason did not ask for any payment in advance and the final invoice was as quoted. Obviously time will tell how the effective the new rendering is.

The work started off most adequately. The weather did slow down the progress but the work has been left unfinished and now 'Heritage Property Specialists' have simply disappeared off the face of the earth. I failed to received the promised guarantee for the work completed. Be very wary of using this company.
