First time he did let me know he couldn’t come which seemed legitimate but has now made me very suspicious after the second time I waited for over 3 hours and got no response to my message. Very bad service. Paid £150 for 15 minutes, where he just tightened a seal. The following day my kitchen flooded and they refused to come out for three days so had to call another plumber. No refund or apology.

All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.
