James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. John was quick to quote, arrived when he said he would and provided a written quote there and then. Work was completed quickly and tidily, well within the agreed timescales, including additional work that was identified while removing tiles. Quality of the work is good, John went out of his way to source tiles that were appropriate for the age of the building. Overall very happy with work done for us and would happily recommend.
