Griggs Home Improvements mainly specialise in Extensions, Loft conversions and refurbishments from start to finish. We cover everything from pouring footings to plastering the walls. Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Awesome bloke. Brilliant comms. Face-times you from the roof to explain things. It's very reassuring to examine your roof at the same time as he does. Leaves you with before and after photos. Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. Absolutely keeping his name on file and would highly recommend.

Henri did a first class job. The door was especially tricky as it had to be made in its entirety - not a ready made or standard door, but from panels and blocks of wood - and to look in period. The shelves also had to fit somewhat un-square Victorian alcoves. The finished items are really very good and extremely well made. I would recommend Henri without reservation.
