We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. I all ways wanted to be a bricklayer just like my farther so he sent me to college witch I did for two years learning the trade then worked for various companies gaining my experience giving me the opportunity to working with other trades witch I started to learn witch gave me more confidence to work for myself so I could provide a good customer service with the reliability and attention to detail with the 33 + years in the trade.
We haven’t committed yet as we are waiting for funds from our neighbour to complete the work, but Adam has been responsive, expert and helpful.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. The job was completed on Tuesday by a very friendly and helpful young man. He was local, came round to have a look the same day, then booked the job in the following week. He came over as being very knowledgable and quoted for the materials, labour and clearing away afterwards. I was at work when he finished the job, but when he came for payment, he told me to contact him should immediately if the any future issues at all. I was very pleased with the job and would recommend him to anyone with roof problems.

Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. I look for quality not quantity!I respect people as long they respect me!
This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. He lacks professionalism and composure. He doesn’t know how to relate to customer. I don’t feel like he knows what he is doing. He is a confused person. I won’t recommend him
