Pros: 1) very responsive over text; 2) good price; 3) majority of fencing work was carried out to a high standard. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).

He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
