Carl and the team undertook a full landscape, fencing and decking project. It wasn't a small task, with hidden tree stumps, heavily overgrown garden and uneven levels. I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.
I've given him 5 stars because he communicated with me really well, and I was impressed by the photos of work that he had completed. I didn't use his services this time because it turned out he wasn't quite right for this particular building work job, but I may well ask him to do some work for me in the future.
Replied to posting within 4 hours ,visited same day and gave very fair price for job. Lots of photos of local previous work. Arrived at arranged time to do job leaving site clean and tidy.Very good standard of work. Polite and friendly manner.Will have no hesitation recommending or using again.
