Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Beware these people are not professional or painters. On two occassions they turned up 2 hours late then said they needed to go straight back out again for coffee and food. They never laid dust sheets and the furniture, and floor was covered in emulsion. Lee had an injured hand, i had made clear I didnt want him back, came back a 2nd time. He broke the pot out of my slow cooker.They stayed 4 hours and only did a fraction of my lounge. I offerered a drink , and they asked for beer after seeing I had some.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. If i could give zero stars i would. They didn't turn up for arranged appointment
