George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The day before he messaged to say he would be with me between 09.30 and 10.30. On the chosen day, he messaged to say it would 10.30, and he was! Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. We were so impressed we booked him in to do some further work a couple of weeks later, and we are thrilled with the final result. Will definitely use again.

Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. This they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail, and made a really good job, although I thought the price was high. Having said that, they went the extra mile to ensure a good job.
