I would also add that during the build a few personal issues occurred with the builders which were unexpected and out of their control so this could have contributed to the pm and communication issues.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Absolute 5 stars. I had a door moved and re-hung and another 2 reclaimed doors hung! And a cupboard put back on a wall. This wasn't an easy job but Harry made it look simple! A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. Paying twice for the same issue isn't something I had initially budgeted for!
