Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. I hired this handyman to fix a towel rail that kept loosening from the wall. After a few days, it came loose again. When contacted, he blamed everything: the wall, the towel rail, and even my tenants. Excuse after excuse. A true handyman completes the job, or at least explains the issue before starting. This individual seemed more interested in money than providing quality work. He was as ineffective as the shoddy repair. I strongly advise avoiding him.
