We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Sam, Michael and the team did an excellent job on my replacement boiler. They communicated very well and were very polite and helpful. The boiler replacement and new radiators was performed flawlessly and they managed to deal with a few small repair jobs that were needed at the same time. I am honest as I have had customers issuing me their front door keys if the job takes longer than a day, i am an easy going person who enjoys customer and worker relations but I always concentrate on getting the job in hand done leaving the customer happy and satisfied and also making them feel that the job I did was money well spent.
