I cannot recommend Emanuel highly enough. He did our bathroom renovation and we are so happy with the end result! Everything was done to such a high standard and his attention to detail was way beyond our expectations. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Excellent communications with the office, however cleaners cancelled at the last minute, or came in pairs but one watched the other clean, spent an hour cleaning half of the bathroom. In the end I decided I was better off on my own.

All looked good to start with. They finished the job on time but a few days later a number of the tiles came loose and much of the grout started to crack. We tried calling numerous times, left messages but to date, no response. I suggest they are removed from rated people immediately.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.
