Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Did not get this company to do my job..could not in honesty let someone come to my house to do a job who didn't want to look at, or measure anything but knew it would cost £800 To do it...absolutely ridiculous, but not the only company on this site who try it on.

They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. Sebastian did a good job and came back to finish a few snags. Note the job took slightly longer than expected and we have been left with some grout on our floor. But overall pleased with our bathroom.

The subfloor was not put down correctly and isn't completely flat in my doorway between rooms. Actually there is a very small area that is missing subfloor altogether, so this causes the flooring to sink in everytime we walk in and out of the room. It's has now cracked in this area. The flooring is only a couple of months old and we now need to have to purchase new floor and have it fitted correctly. I've messaged Rey on this platform and called and txt his personal number but have had no reply. Shocking.

One of the door was not delivered and then he raised his fees nearly 60% and then his fees for the change of kitchen doors unit from £200 to £700 and he put me in a difficult situation as it's hard to find someone to complete the job. He was so dishonest.
