Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. GW glass, I hired him ( on 5th Sept 24) to replace double glazed windows handles which were loose. He knew nothing about how to do the job. He has damaged the locking mechanism of the 3 windows by making more holes in the windows. They are completely damaged now and he doesn’t want to accept that it was his fault. Which will now cost me £2600 to replace them. Please be aware of him, no one should hire him as he has no knowledge installing or repairing double glazed windows or their handles.
