P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Job done well, involved two visits. Only issue with Service team was that they don't give a timed appointment so it may be necessary to plan to be at home for a whole day in readiness for a job that only takes half an hour.

Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.
