After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Alex arrived on time and explained in detail how he would tackle the blockage. By use of a very high pressure water jet he cleared the obstruction and also cleared the rest of the drain well beyond other other downpipes feeding into it. Alex has a very pleasant manner and is very efficient. I would recommend him highly.
