After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.

I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.

Tim and his team from MLE groundworks did a brilliant job levelling and block paving my parent's drive. The work was done quickly with minimum disruption and to a very high standard. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout. The work was also completed for a very reasonable price. IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.
John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.
