After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Was not happy with the service we got from All Home Repairs 24/7.the engineer they sent out to look at my daughters boiler barely looked at it before declaring that she probably needed a new boiler then charged us £120 for no result then left. We have subsequently had another engineer who fixed the problem in minutes and only charged £30. We were also charged £120 call out fee by All Home Repairs so I feel we paid a total of £240 for nothing and I suspect no refund will be forthcoming!
