I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Two of their team attended in a timely fashion and the work was carried out to a very high standard. All old components were disposed of and everything was left clean and dust free. Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad
I have been doing tiling now for over 30 years, I was tiling in Germany for z6 months many years ago, I am clean and tidy and all my work is guaranteed, have a look at my pictures and u can see the standard of work I do, I take my time and do the job properly, you only need to do it once, I have all the tools needed, and clean up after me every day, many thanks for looking David Davies
