It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Brick/stone walls, rendering, fencing, patios, garage conversions, roof repairs to name a few. Steve and his workman did a excellent job on the brickwork on the outside of my house and also inside waterproofing it. He even popped by at very short notice today as I had a problem due to yesterday’s storm. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend JLA Painting & Decorator they went the extra mile. They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house. They were very polite throughout and very tidy and the whole experience was stress free I didn’t know they were there half the time and also were very reliable it’s hard to find tradesmen like this. Excellent service. Just started painting and haven't found a single imperfection. A much better finish than other plastering jobs we have had done. At very short notice he was able to dot & dab a wall I didn't have time to finish. Worked over the weekend to make sure the job was finished on time. Would recommend to friends and family.

External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice.
